We can provide a comprehensive protective membrane for any indoor shooting environment, including high-density rubber wall tiles and an interlocking fixing system to create seamless, smooth, aesthetic surfaces.

Tyrec ballistic protection tiles are designed to absorb energy and reduce the risk of secondary impacts from bullet ricochets and lead splash-back, ensuring full protection for all shooting range users. They are made from recycled tire rubber, which gives them high resistance to abrasion and gunshot damage and enhanced resilience in variable environmental conditions. All materials we use undergo rigorous processing to ensure their quality and reliability.

Our ballistic rubber tiles can be easily installed without the use of screws or leaving gaps, thanks to our simple interlocking system of rubber battens. This system allows for modular, fast, and flexible installation in all types of buildings. The tiles slide into the reinforced battens, fitting tightly into either U or H-shaped profiles to form a seamless protective surface. Because the battens function as spacers, they reduce the number of tiles required by approximately 10%.

With no need for complex tools or permanent infrastructure, the Tyrec installation system is ideal for adding ballistic protection in temporary structures and buildings with limited accessibility.
